Q: How many free 10 minute psychic readings can I request?
A: We allow only one per visitor\e-mail address!
Q: Why do you request my credit card # in order to give me a free reading?
Credit card numbers are the best way to track the number of times a person requests a free reading. Many ISPs and free e-mail accounts (like Yahoo, gmail, Hotmail, etc.,) allow you to have more than one e-mail address so it would be easy for people to use multiple e-mails when requesting a free reading.
Q: Will I be charged anything at all for receiving my free Reading?
A: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY! Our free 10 minute chat offer works as follows:
We will place a temporary (pending) charge on your credit card in the amount of $11.95 at the start of your reading. At this time we will add 20 minutes into your new account.
In the event that you chat with the gifted reader for more than 9 minutes and 59 seconds (it is your choice when to end the session), then the charge will switch from temporary to "active," but at the same time, you will then have the additional 10 minutes we stored into your account previously to use at any time (during your first free 10 minute chat or at another date of preference)
These 20 minutes would then cost you only $11.95, which is only offered to first time clients!!
YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO CHAT FURTHER THAN THE 10 FREE MINUTES. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES PLACED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE USED AND YOU DO NOT WANT THE $11.95 TEMPORARY CHARGE TO BECOME ACTIVE -- all you have to do is leave the chat BEFORE the first ten minutes are used up. *Remember* The chat will begin as soon as you enter the room with the reader you chose.
Q: How soon can I expect to receive my reading?
A: You can be set up within a few minutes! As long as a Reader is online and available, you can begin your chat. Once your account has been approved and the TEMPORARY charge is placed on your credit card, you may enter any available Reader's PRIVATE chat room at your choosing.
Q: If I lose my connection to the chat room while receiving my Free Reading, will I be able to return to the chat?
A: In almost all cases, yes! If during your reading you lose your connection within seven minutes or less after the Reading began and the Reader is still available, you can return to the chat room to finish the reading.
The Reader may also "re-direct" you to an alternate PRIVATE chat room system.
Q: What if I don't have a credit card? Can I still receive a Free Reading?
A: No, we require a credit card...sorry!
Q: Can I receive a transcript after the chat session is complete?
A: Yes, absolutely! All transcripts are available at NO charge!
Q: Do I need to contact the site to have the temporary charge removed?
A: In most cases, there is no need to. This is because our system will automatically cancel the "temporary charge" within 24 hours. HOWEVER, EACH BANK IS DIFFERENT. SOME BANKS MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS TO PROCESS OUR REQUEST TO CANCEL WHILE OTHERS MAY TAKE A WEEK TO TEN DAYS. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CARD ISSUING BANK TO FIND OUT WHAT THEIR POLICY IS ON CANCELLING TEMPORARY CHARGES. If after a reasonable amount of time, the charge still remains you should contact us via the Customer Support link found throughout the website. If you find that the charge went from "temporary" to "active" and you feel this is an error on our end, please contact us immediately.
